With over 15 years of experience in the Defence, Technology and Innovation sectors, I combine strategic vision with strong technical expertise acquired through leading highly complex international projects and managing critical processes in quality, efficiency and regulatory compliance.Currently serving as a Quality Manager at OCCAR (Organisation for Joint Armament Cooperation)responsible for safeguarding the integrity of Quality Management Systems across multinational Defence programmes, ensuring compliance with standards and continuously improving operational performance. Previously, I worked as a Senior Consultant specialising in processes, quality and cost management, delivering significant efficiencies for the Ministry of Defence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
In parallel, I contribute as an EUDIS Coach and EUSPA Mentor, supporting start-ups, SMEs and professionals to strengthen their corporate strategy, business development and positioning within the European Defence and Space ecosystem through tailored guidance.Throughout my career, I have developed adaptability, analytical thinking and a strong client-focused mindset, enabling me to design tailored solutions that enhance organisational strategy, improve informed decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
