Principal at Novaspace
César is a Principal at Novaspace, based in Munich. With 20 years of experience in the satellite industry across several European countries, he began his career as a system engineer on large Earth Observation satellite programmes. He later transitioned to project and technical management roles on secured SATCOM missions at OHB System AG and Airbus Defence and Space. At Airbus, César played a pivotal role as the head of the Aerospace Security department, where he provided secure-by-design expertise and solutions for some of the company’s major programmes. He holds a Master’s in Telecommunications Engineering from the Carlos III University of Madrid and an Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, and the University of Minnesota.
