For the past 20 years I have been working to create and launch new products and services based on the integration of IT with space technologies (telecommunications, navigation and remote sensing). For me, innovation means finding a new solution to a global market problem. Today, technology can help us fight climate change, pollution and create a better world. I think of digital transformation as a process that puts data at the heart of every decision for the development and validation of innovative business models to turn visions and innovative ideas into commercial successes (validated learning). I like to achieve results by leveraging my team, with the contribution of everyone you get better results faster. We learn together, making mistakes together and correcting them quickly. I love to transfer my knowledge to other entrepreneurs in business coach projects, to design strategies, business models and win business challenges.
