Partner at BHO Legal
Oliver Heinrich is one of the founding partners of the law firm BHO Legal with over 20 years of experience in space projects. He specializes in procurement law. His career started in the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in 2004, where he worked on procurements and as legal manager of the Galileo program. From 2010-2021, he was legal advisor for the European GNSS Agency (GSA), and EUSPA on numerous large procurements. He also has expertise in IPR clauses, delegation agreements, and grant activities. Oliver studied German and Anglo-American law, and has a legal doctorate on questions of national and European research funding and grants. He has German nationality and fluency in English. Oliver is admitted to the Cologne Bar.
